If I am selected to be a Senior Ambassador for Whitney Lerch Photography I understand that: *

I must sign a photography services contract, including model release (if I am not 18 years old at the time of my senior photo session, a parent must sign all legal documents)

I am permitting Whitney Lerch Photography to use my/my student’s first name and photograph on the blog, website and in marketing materials. You are confirming you have the authority to commit to this, if you are signing on behalf of a minor under 18 years of age.

I must complete my senior photo session no later than July 28, 2019

I must exclusively use my model rep images as my profile pictures on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social networking sites until November 1, 2019

I will be representing Whitney Lerch Photography, which means I will actively promote Whitney Lerch Photography throughout the year. We rely on your support and active models will be rewarded!

Whitney Lerch Photography gets creative ideas throughout the year and will call on our models to help test them out! Although it’s not required, we appreciate your help.

Signing the Senior Ambassador contract and submitting a Model Release in no way obligates me to make purchases from Whitney Lerch Photography for prints, digital images or anything else.
